      Im a former barista and I love this machine. Once I figured out the grind level it makes perfect espresso every time. The hot water is perfect for americanos or even adding to hot cocoa. The steam feature perfectly foams milk. The only thing I wish it had is a temp for the milk but I got that separately. Love this machine!!

      Overall love this machine so far!

      The coffee grinder works beautifully and it is the quietest I've ever heard. The pressure gauge is very responsive and the included accessories were a big plus. Also the machine is beautiful in person.

      Just be aware that there is a bigger learning curve with this machine than other simpler machines and the instructions may be a little hard to follow. The portafilter is SUPER TIGHT. Hopefully it will need less force after repeated use. Also note the espresso won't brew if you don't have the steam knob on the off position.

      This is my second espresso machine and what a nice upgrade!!! This machine grinds with multiple settings 1-15, coarse to fine. The frother is a bit louder than I am used to but gives off quite a bit of steam and froths the milk very quickly. The machine comes with a tamper and all the other tools you need, but I would probably invest in a better one to give you a consistent tamp... I learned that from my first machine and invested in a consistent pressure tamper. There is no temperature control for the coffee but there is for the steamer. Overall, this is a fantastic machine that is easy to use and makes consistent quality expressos.
